Nikita Degtyarev Presented at the VCDNP Short-Course for Non-Proliferation and Disarmament

On 23 September, ONN Research Coordinator Nikita Degtyarev presented at the VCDNP Short Course “Nuclear Non-Proliferation and Disarmament” for diplomats in Vienna. The course brought together participants from 22 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Pacific, including representatives from one of the five nuclear-weapon states.
