Ksenija Trajkovska Selected for NATO Leadership Programme

ONN Research Analyst Ksenija Trajkovska has been selected to participate in LeadInSecurity, NATO's leadership accelerator programme for women working in defence and security. She joins a cohort of 20 participants selected from nearly 1,000 applications across NATO member countries.

Over the next 10 months, the programme will provide opportunities for mentorship from senior security professionals, leadership development workshops and networking with peers across the Euro-Atlantic security community.

Trajkovska's participation will contribute to strengthening ONN's engagement with Euro-Atlantic security institutions and expanding professional networks that support dialogue and cooperation on nuclear risk reduction. By fostering leadership skills and cross-institutional relationships, the programme also supports ONN's broader efforts to anticipate emerging nuclear risks, promote informed decision-making and advance women's participation in international security.

ONN extends its appreciation to Irene Fellin, NATO Special Representative for Women, Peace and Security, and the Government of Belgium for their support of the programme.
