On 8 December, ONN Research Analyst Raymond Gough spoke at a Biological Weapons Convention side-event hosted by the GP WMD Counter Disinfo Initiative with approximately 40 people in attendance. He discussed the similarities and differences between biological vs. radiological/nuclear disinformation and networked with GP partners to deepen relationships and discuss areas of potential collaboration.
