ONN Advisory Council Chair Ambassador Kent Härstedt recently took part in the Ambassadors Course on nuclear issues, a three-day programme hosted in Vienna by the Vienna Center for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation (VCDNP).
The course brought together diplomats and experts to explore key challenges and opportunities in nuclear disarmament, non-proliferation and arms control. Through in-depth sessions and collaborative dialogue, participants deepened their understanding of the current nuclear landscape and discussed approaches to risk reduction.
We extend our sincere thanks to VCDNP for organising this important initiative and to the Permanent Mission of Norway to the International Organizations in Vienna for generously hosting the event.
Opportunities like these are crucial for fostering informed, constructive and multilateral engagement on nuclear issues.
