ONN partners with Swift Centre

ONN is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with Swift Centre, a renowned forecasting organisation. This collaboration, formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed earlier last week, will integrate advanced forecasting techniques with ONN's open-source data analysis efforts, bolstering ONN's ability to anticipate and analyse developments in international security.

"We are delighted to have this agreement in place. At Swift Centre, integrating forecasting into analysis and decision-making with organisations like ONN is our mission. It's fantastic to have an opportunity to work with the top-tier team at ONN and learn from their deep experience," said Michael Story, Director of Swift Centre.

Swift Centre has established a proven track record of accuracy in forecasting through its global network of expert "super-forecasters." Under the MOU, SWIFT will directly contribute its forecasting expertise to ONN's operational planning and information sharing processes.

ONN and Swift Centre have already collaborated on previous projects, including the recent workshop on "Forecasting North Korea's Nuclear Futures", conducted in partnership with the Verification, Research, Training and Information Centre (VERTIC) and the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS).

"We are thrilled to partner with Swift and leverage their world-class forecasting capabilities," said Andreas Persbo, ONN Director. "Integrating their methods with our open-source data analysis tools will provide critical foresight to strengthen our analytical work and operational effectiveness."
