OEF's Open Nuclear Network Programme Joins European Non-proliferation and Disarmament Network

Open Nuclear Network joins the European non-proliferation and disarmament network (EUNPD), a collection of think tanks combating weapons of mass destruction and their delivery systems.

One Earth Future's Open Nuclear Network (ONN) programme has been accepted as a member of the European network of independent non-proliferation and disarmament think tanks (EUNPD Network). The Network was created by the European Union (EU) in 2010 to bring together foreign policy institutions and research centres from across the EU to encourage political and security-related dialogue and the long-term discussion of measures to combat the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and their delivery systems. The Network, which is managed by the EU Non-Proliferation and Disarmament Consortium (EUNPDC), currently consists of over 80 think tanks and research centres. Through this network membership, ONN will have access to information about related key events and will be able to exchange information and take advantage of its many programmes, including the funding of internships.

ONN officially launched its activities from a new office in Vienna, Austria on 10 March 2020.
