Kseniia Pirnavskaia selected for Youth4Disarmament Forum

Kseniia Pirnavskaia will join the inaugural UN Youth4Disarmament Forum, where youth delegates will present policy recommendations on nuclear risks and emerging tech to the UN General Assembly First Committee this October.

Kseniia Pirnavskaia, ONN Engagement and Network Coordinator, has been selected to join the inaugural UN Youth4Disarmament Forum - a new platform empowering young leaders to engage in global disarmament diplomacy.

Hosted by the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs, the 2025 Forum will explore the growing risks posed by nuclear weapons modernisation and emerging technologies, including AI and cybersecurity. It will also mark major disarmament milestones, such as the 80th anniversary of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings.

Kseniia will join other youth delegates in New York this October for two days of intergenerational dialogue and collaborative policymaking. Together, they will craft formal policy recommendations to the UN General Assembly First Committee.
