Yerim Seo is a research consultant for Open Nuclear Network, a programme of One Earth Future. She works primarily on ONN's project related to sanctions and the Korean Peninsula, creating an interactive database of national and international sanction regimes. Prior to working with ONN, she worked for the Association Européenne des Conservatoires in Brussels and for Ernst & Young Korea.
Yerim holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Ewha Womans University in Seoul. She is also a graduate of a dual Master's degree programme in European Studies at the University of Groningen, Netherlands, and the Palacký University Olomouc, Czechia.
Yerim's research interests focus on the consolidation and quality of democracies, European Union governance, social inclusion of migrants and global political order. She speaks English, Korean and some French.
